The Hot Press refers to a molding process putting raw materials in matched metal molds and then turning it into reinforced polymers by pressured curing under an absolute temperature. With continuous improvement on hot pressing technology, hot-pressed products gradually develop into large sizes and large auto parts can then be manufactured. The process features relatively high productive efficiency, generating products of perfect size and shiny surface; a majority of complex structured products can be molded in one cycle with no need for second processing; its good repeatability for product appearance and the size makes it easy to achieve mechanization and automation.
